Quast Turkeys is a wholly Australian owned family farm, and we know we have the highest quality product available at every stage of production.

Quast Turkey Farm began in 1950, with Colin P Quast and his wife Lee at the helm. Colin R Quast is the youngest of Col and Lee’s 3 children and has spent his life dedicated to Turkeys and farming.

Along with his wife Vicki, they have 3 sons, Ben, Colin James and Tim. Colin James, known within the family as James, has loved farming since he was a small boy and now has the privilege working daily with his dad. James, with his wife Tahlia, are also raising their family, Colin Jock, (known as Jock) now 4, Angus, 2 and Savannah, 3 months on the farm at Tintinhull.

Colin R became a director of Quast Turkeys when Col & Lee retired in 2009. His wife Vicki joined him as a director in the business in 2015. Since 2015, we have continued the tradition by continuing to produce quality turkey products for a quality seeking market. We have been working over the last 10 years to incorporate turkey into easy weeknight family meals, at affordable prices. We sell these products exclusively in our Farm Gate shop.
